How do I send you my photos?

You may e-mail your photos to photos@paperdahlia.com. Please be sure to include your name in the subject line. You will also be sent this information in the order confirmation e-mail you receive from us.

What are the size / file requirements for my photos?

Photos should be minimum 300 dpi and 5" x 7" or 1500 pixels x 2100 pixels. All photos should be in .jpeg format.

Do you retouch (Photoshop) my photos?

We do not retouch or Photoshop your photos. All photos must be "print ready". However, if you REALLY need a blemish removed, etc. we can retouch your photos for a minimum fee of $25 per hour.

Do you spellcheck or proof read my invitations?

No. You are responsible for all spelling, grammar, and punctuation. That is why we recommend having another person look over your proof before approval.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we do accept international orders, with the exception of samples. We do not mail samples outside the US unless you contact us directly and arrange for additional postage. All other orders ship via USPS Global Express Mail. You must make sure all shipping addresses are correct. Any undeliverable packages are the responsibility of the addressee. Also any customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or bank account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). And your account information is never shared with PayPal merchants.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
